Frequently Asked Questions

We are here to provide tips and helpful information when you need it most.

If you can’t find what you are looking for, please contact our support team and we’ll get back to you with an answer.

How long is my warranty?

The warranty period on most of our products is two (02) years. This is a clear proof of the confidence we put in them. Please have your model and serial number at hand and go to our Support Center to review your warranty status.

Where can I find my serial number?

Depending on the model, you can find the serial number on a white label on the back surface of the machine. If the machine isn’t at hand, you can check the original packaging, the original invoice or receipt. Our serial numbers have no letters, only numbers.

What we mean by non-stop operation?

If the machine recognizes suspicious or fake banknotes, they will be inmediately sorted out in the Reject Pocket without stopping the counting or sorting process. All genuine banknotes will fall in the normal output pockets and added together.

What we mean by non-stop batch function?

This new function allows the machine to bundle all types of coins without stopping. All types of coins that reach the batch number are thrown back, so the bundling process is carried out in sequence without stopping.

Why do machines need maintenance?

Banknotes can be very dirty, cash handling machines are subject to high demands and their parts and components can present natural wear. Therefore it is recommended to clean the machines professional and regularly and also replace wearing parts in order to ensure their reliability. Depending on your model and use, we recommend different services tailored to your needs and availability, please contact us for more information.

Why do machines need software upgrades?

Banknote emissions are repeatedly reissued and new banknotes may have different characteristics and security features. Intelligent cash machines have to be upgraded with the latest software to be able to count old and new notes while securely ensuring the rejection of all counterfeits. It is a great advantage to be able to update banknote and coin counters and sorters, ensuring that the currency recognition and money counting process is always kept up to date.
